MANILA, Philippines — The Marikina River is now under third alarm, with forced evacuation set to be carried out, the local government said Wednesday morning.
The city government’s public information office reported that the river’s water level reachedÌýÌý18 meters at 10:00 a.m.
The water is still continuously rising as it now reached 18.5 meters as of 10:56 a.m.
