MANILA, Philippines 鈥� The Marikina River is now under third alarm, with forced evacuation set to be carried out, the local government said Wednesday morning.
The city government鈥檚 public information office reported that the river鈥檚 water level reached听听18 meters at 10:00 a.m.
The water is still continuously rising as it now reached 18.5 meters as of 10:56 a.m.
