164 stranded in Bicol ports due to Carina
LEGAZPI CITY — At least 164 have been stranded in Camarines Sur and Masbate ports at 8 a.m. Wednesday, July 24, due to (international name: Gaemi).
The Office of Civil Defense (OCD) Bicol) said most stranded passengers were in Pasacao port, where 110 of them and four rolling cargoes were not permitted to travel.
Meanwhile, 54 passengers through Masbate were also recorded by the OCD.

At least 97 passengers in Tabaco City in Albay were stranded on Tuesday, July 23, but they were able to travel to Catanduanes when trips resumed on Wednesday morning.
