During an interview on the Vlogcaster Armand Dean (VAD) YouTube page, Arlene Stone, a former pastoral worker at the KJC, said Albao used to take bribes from the KJC.
She also claimed that Albao has ties with Quiboloy and former President Rodrigo Duterte, but Albao was appointed by President Ferdinand Marcos Jr.
鈥淪i Albao po ay na-appoint sa Davao, doon sa lugar na yon, noon lamang Oct. 13, 2022. Ang pangulo na po natin noon ay si Pangulong BBM (Marcos),鈥 Santiago said.
(Albao was appointed in Davao on Oct. 13, 2022. Our president at that time was President Marcos.)
Stone also claimed that the raid at the KJC compound last Aug. 9 was staged.
Santiago denied it.
