MANILA, Philippines — The latest report from the Numbeo Crime Index has ranked Manila as the most dangerous city in Southeast Asia, reflecting a significant increase in crime rate and a growing sense of fear among residents.

The city received a crime index score of 64.23, with a high rating of 72.51 in overall crime, 71.26 in property crimes, and 71.12 in violent crimes.

These statistics highlight widespread concerns over theft, burglary, assault, and armed robbery.
