Undas 2024: Number coding suspended from Oct. 31 to Nov. 1

MANILA, Philippines — In anticipation of All Saints’ Day, the number coding scheme has been suspended to accommodate those traveling for Undas and the long weekend.

The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) confirmed this in an advisory posted on its social media page.

“Suspendido ang pagpapatupad ng number coding scheme sa: Oktubre 31, Huwebes, upang bigyang-daan ang mga bibiyahe sa paggunita ng Undas at long weekend,” said MMDA.

(The number coding scheme is suspended on Thursday, October 31, to accommodate those traveling for Undas and the long weekend.)

MMDA reminded the public to plan their trip, obey traffic laws, and drive carefully.

According to MMDA, its Hotline 136 is open for any emergency on the road and questions about traffic laws, travel restrictions, as well as road assistance.
