LUCENA CITY 鈥� A farmer and his live-in partner were shot and killed on Saturday, Dec. 28, while sleeping inside their house in Lopez, Quezon.
The Lopez police said in a report Sunday that Armando Lapuz, 55, and Nelia Leona, 71, were gunned down while in bed in Barangay Calantipayan.
Their bodies, both with fatal gunshot wounds, were found around 7 a.m.

Investigators identified the 鈥減erson of interest鈥� in the killing as one 鈥淒anny Boy,鈥� a resident of the same village. Two cohorts reportedly accompanied him.
The report said the killers left aboard a motorcycle after the shooting.
According to the police, Lapuz was the suspect in the killing of Angel Lopez, father of Danny Boy, in 2014.
Police launched a manhunt operation to locate Danny Boy.
