MANILA, Philippines 鈥� Travelers will enjoy free train rides on the Metro Rail Transit Line 3 (MRT-3) and Light Rail Transit Line 2 (LRT-2) on December 30, Rizal Day.
According to an advisory from the Department of Transportation, fares for the MRT-3 and LRT-2 will be free from 7 a.m. to 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.
