MANILA, Philippines — Some P2.06 billion, set aside in the 2025 General Appropriations Act for the government’s Tulong Dunong program (TDP), is expected to benefit 137,000 college students nationwide.

Quezon City Rep. Marvin Rillo, vice chairperson of the House of Representatives’ higher and technical education committee, said that each program beneficiary would receive P15,000 in cash assistance this year.
