MANILA, Philippines 鈥� President Ferdinand 鈥淏ongbong鈥� R. Marcos Jr. believes that his administration鈥檚 good performance in the latest Social Weather Stations survey could help candidates running under the administration鈥檚 slate in the 2025 midterm elections.
In an ambush interview in Pasay City on Friday, he was asked whether the administration鈥檚 59 percent satisfaction rating in December could help garner support for its senatorial slate.

After the interview, Marcos attended the Partido Federal ng Pilipinas (PFP) Leaders鈥� Convergence Summit at the Manila Hotel.
In his speech, Marcos called on PFP members to turn party principles into tangible programs and initiatives that enhance Filipinos鈥� quality of life.
鈥淗ow do we make those principles into reality? And that鈥檚 what these elections are all about,鈥� he said.
The PFP, formed in 2018, is a national political party headed by Marcos.
