Estate Water celebrates 9th year with record milestones for 2024

Estate Water recently celebrated its 9th anniversary in the water service industry by commemorating their major feats in the past year.
MANILA, Philippines – Estate Water, an operating unit of Manila Water Non-East Zone subsidiary Manila Water Philippine Ventures (MWPV), recently celebrated its 9th anniversary in the water service industry by commemorating their major feats in the past year.
Established in 2016, Estate Water is a recognized water and wastewater service provider with expertise on sustainable construction, development, improvement, management and operation of water and wastewater systems.
The Company also offers specialized water treatment such as distillation, desalination, ultra and nano filtration, and specialized wastewater treatment such as sewage tertiary treatments, desludging, heavy metals wastewater treatment and water re-use, network services and water loss management and water quality testing.
The Company’s portfolio of projects and services ranges from industrial estates, residential properties, hotels, offices, mixed-use type, and large-scale township projects in 45 cities and municipalities and 17 provinces in the Philippines, further bringing the Manila Water brand of service outside of the Metro Manila East Zone.
Through the years, Estate Water has led partnerships with the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA), Ayala Land, and the SM Group.

Among these are the Nuvali Ceci Sewer Line Project and Alviera Cluster 2 Sewage Treatment Plant (STP), both with Ayala Land, Anflo Water Treatment Plant (WTP) with Damosa Land, and Solaire North STP with Bloomberry Resorts Corporation.
Article continues after this advertisementUnder the P109.4-M Nuvali Ceci Sewer Line Project, Estate Water led the pipelayingm operations and maintenance of 300mm uPVC Gravity pipes and 150mm and 400mm HDPE Force mains that stretch 4.7km in Nuvali Boulevard, Sta. Rosa, Laguna. This project is part of the proposed Nuvali Ceci STP which aims to collect and treat wastewater from commercial locators of the said estate.
The Company also manages the P409.5-M Alviera Cluster 2 STP in Porac, Pampanga. The 9.07MLD STP is designed to treat the wastewater from the Alviera Estate.
The P99-M Anflo WTP project in Panabo, Davao del Norte is part of the 25-year partnership between Damosa Land and MWPV to bring in additional water supply in the 63-hectare Anflo Industrial Estate.
In Quezon City, Estate Water is also on top of the operations and maintenance of Solaire Resort North’s wastewater treatment system. The P83-M facility can treat 1.8MLD of wastewater per day and features a sequencing batch reactor (SBR) with a re-use water system.
