MANILA, Philippines 鈥斅� President Ferdinand 鈥淏ongbong鈥� R. Marcos Jr. has appointed Luis Pa帽gulayan as ad interim commissioner of the Executive Secretary Lucas Bersamin confirmed on Monday.
Pa帽gulayan will replace Aileen Lourdes Lizada, based on the appointment letter dated February 10.
The new CSC commissioner simultaneously served as undersecretary of the Department of Agrarian Reform鈥檚 Planning and Research Office and as director of the Career Executive Service Board.
