MANILA, Philippines 鈥� Former Vice President Leni Robredo on Monday said her account on X (formerly Twitter) was hacked.
Robredo made the pronouncement through her official Facebook page where she called on the public to ignore the hacked account鈥檚 posts.
鈥淢y X (Twitter) account was hacked. Please ignore all posts while I am trying to gain control of the account again,鈥� Robredo鈥檚 post reads.
Robredo鈥檚 daughter, Aika, also warned the public of her mother鈥檚 account being compromised.
鈥淍lenirobredo鈥檚 account has been hacked. The tweet below is not hers. Her team is currently working on regaining access. Please be warned, and thank you,鈥� she said, referring to a post made by the account advocating for Crypto.
