LEGAZPI CITY 鈥� A construction worker in this city was arrestedson Tuesday in a buy-bust operation and yielded more than P9,000 worth of shabu (crystal meth).
In a report on Wednesday, March 12, the Albay police said聽 鈥淔rank,鈥� 38, was caught at 8:01 p.m. in Victory Village North.
City police public information officer Executive Master Sergeant Carlos Pa帽a said the suspect planned to sell only one gram of shabu amounting to about P6,800 in the street market.
However, the police found an additional 0.4 grams during the subsequent search, bringing the total confiscated shabu to about P9,520.
The suspect is in the custody of the city police. He will face charges of violating the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
