On TikTok, Lloyd Chan — also known as Lime — posted of her customized Hironos dressed as Harry Potter, Ron Weasley and Hermione Granger.

“I’m a huge fan of the Harry Potter franchise (books and movies), read them all, and watch them all multiple times. So, to me, it’s natural to want to [customize] HP characters. That’s a no-brainer; I just knew right when I decided to try customizing that I [would] make the trio first,” Lime said.

“I got into blind boxes, so I tried to [customize] the cards and repurposed the boxes as well to try to mimic the joy of unboxing the ‘blind boxes’ of the HP series I made,” she added.

Further, Lime said she has been into arts and crafts since she was a kid, but started exploring clay sculpting only last July.

By October, her interest in clay sculpting expanded when she became interested in Hirono and blind boxes, especially when she got exposed to the idea of customizing the figures as different characters.

“I started seeing posts of some custom figures from various artists [on] social media. And I told myself, I think I can do that too. So I did my own research, tried this and that, what works and what didn’t. [The] next thing I know, I am customizing Hironos (and other figures) already,” she concluded.
