Caruncho Avenue closed for Pasig Fiesta

MANILA, Philippines – Caruncho Avenue has been closed to all types of vehicles in celebration of Pasig City Day on Saturday, a traffic official said.

Joey Paradillo of the Traffic Management Unit, said that the Pasig City Public Market can be accessed by vehicles coming from Rotonda by passing through Barangay (village) San Joaquin instead. Those coming from Barangay San Joaquin who wish to access the public market may pass through Barangay Malinao or Elisco Road in Barangay Kalawaan.

The Quiapo, Manila-San Joaquin and Marikina-San Joaquin routes are currently accessible, Paradillo said.
