THE Mandaue City government started distributing P1,000 financial assistance to 12,000 qualified senior citizens at the Mandaue Sports and Cultural Complex last Monday.
The city will release the balance of P1,000 in December.
鈥淲e聽 plan to increase the financial aid to senior citizens depending on the availability of funds,鈥� said Councilor Jefferson Ceniza, chairman of the committee on social services.
