Towns, cities in NCR, nearby provinces still under a state of calamity

MANILA, Philippines–Local governments of several cities and towns in the National Capital Region and nearby provinces have declared their areas under a state of calamity, the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council said Thursday.

In its latest situation report, the NDRRMC said that as of 6 a.m. the following cities and towns have been declared under a state of calamity:
