AN unidentified gunman with two companions shot dead a former Talisay traffic enforcer last Thursday in Colis St., barangay Tabunok, Talisay City.

The gunman shot Emmanuel Labajo in the stomach after a heated argument which ended in a fistfight at 3:15 p.m. Labajo didn’t reach the hospital alive.

SPO4 Daniel Tarucan, Talisay City police investigator, said they were looking into illegal drugs as possible motive in the killing.

Tarucan said he was sure the shooting had nothing to do with Labajo’s former job as a traffic enforcer.
