MANILA, Philippines—A one-year-old boy who went missing in Quezon City last week has been reunited with his family, Radyo Inquirer 990AM reported Friday.

Winnefer Batula, mother of the boy, said a certain “Anette” from Baclaran phoned her that the child was with her.

Batula said they arranged to meet at a food chain in Frisco, Quezon City so she could get her son.

“A man was supposed to sell my child for P5,000 but the supposed buyer did not have enough money so he just left the boy to them,” Batula said.

The boy’s mother was just buying a mobile phone load last week and later realized that the child who was beside her was already gone.
