In the September 7 issue, a front-page story鈥斺�淯S cable says general gained from Abu kidnap鈥濃�攎istakenly identified the present assignment of Lt. Gen. Juancho Sabban. 聽Sabban is the commander of the Western Command based in Palawan, which has jurisdiction over the West Philippine Sea鈥攏ot the Western Mindanao Command, which is based in Zamboanga City. Sabban was the commanding general of Western Mindanao Command鈥檚 Task Force Comet from February 2007 to July 2009.
