TUGUEGARAO CITY, Philippines鈥擣ire gutted a two-story building within the Cagayan provincial capitol grounds on Friday night.
Retired Col. Ernesto Dulin, Cagayan province鈥檚 chief security officer, said the four-hour blaze destroyed the Kammaranan Building, which houses at least nine provincial offices.
The fire also destroyed the provincial agriculture, human resources management, and provincial veterinary offices.
