Philippine Weathermen Employees Association president Ramon Agustin told the Inquirer that the weather observer, who has been with the bureau for over 20 years, is the newest Qatar Bureau of Meteorology recruit and is among seven听Pagasa听employees who were offered jobs in the Middle East country last year.鈥�Jeannette I.
