MANILA, Philippines 鈥� As Typhoon 鈥淕lenda鈥� (international name:听Rammsun) leaves the Philippines, another weather disturbance is expected to take its place although it won鈥檛 鈥渄irectly affect the country鈥�, the state weather bureau said on Thursday.
Weather Forecaster Alexis听Cada听of the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said 鈥淕lenda鈥� left the Philippine Area of Responsibility at 8:00 a.m. Thursday and was estimated at 480 kilometers west of听Dagupan.
Cada听said that occasional rains would still be expected over Metro Manila, Central Luzon,听Calabarzon, Mindoro, Palawan, La Union,听Benguet, and听Pangasinan.
He added that fair weather would also prevail on Friday.
鈥淲e can expect some fair weather starting Friday and until Sunday,鈥澨鼵ada听said.

Buddy Javier,听Pagasa听weather forecaster, in a separate interview with the state-run Philippine 黑料社 Agency said that a low pressure area was expected to enter the PAR anytime on Thursday.
Javier said it was likely that the LPA would develop into a tropical cyclone.
Once it intensifies into a tropical cyclone, he said it would be named 鈥淗enry.鈥�
At least 20 were reported dead after the onslaught of 鈥淕lenda鈥� on Wednesday.
