MANILA, Philippines 鈥� An official from the Department of Budget and Management (DBM) said she has not met businesswoman Janet Lim-Napoles.
Napoles听is the alleged mastermind in the Priority Development Assistance Fund (PDAF) or the pork barrel fund scam.
Sandiganbayan听Associate Justice Alex Quiroz asked Director IV听Carmencita听Delantar听of the DBM鈥檚 unit that processes the Special Allotment Release Order (SARO) if 鈥渋n your official capacity as director, have you encountered one way or another Janet Lim-Napoles?鈥�
Delantar听said, 鈥淣o.鈥�
In her testimony,听Delantar听said her office validated the projects and areas where the lawmakers鈥� PDAF would go but not whether the beneficiaries were real people or not.
Delantar听said there were at least nine SAROs for听Enrile听but no amount was mentioned in her testimony.
Delantar听is a prosecution witness against听Napoles鈥� bid to post bail.
