MANILA, Philippines 鈥撎齅alaca帽ang听on Tuesday said it is banking on the 鈥渟ense of fairness鈥� of the House of Representatives as it tackles impeachment complaints filed against President听Benigno听Aquino III.

The House committee on justice is tackling on Tuesday the three impeachment raps filed against the President.
Committee chairperson Iloilo Representative听Niel听Tupas听Jr. earlier said that they deferred meeting until after the holidays to give committee members enough time to study the complaints.
Two of the charges questioned Aquino鈥檚 Disbursement Acceleration Program, which was declared partly unconstitutional by the Supreme Court, while the third tackled the country鈥檚 Enhanced Defense Cooperation Agreement with the United States.
The first impeachment rap has already been found by 53 members of the House committee on justice sufficient in form.
