Southville Int鈥檒 School suspends classes due to bomb scare

MANILA, Philippines鈥揝tudents of an international school in Las听Pi帽as听were asked to vacate the campus after a bomb threat reached the school on Monday morning.

A radio report said听Southville听International School and Colleges administration suspended its classes following the threat that was sent in a text message.

The radio report quoted Las听Pi帽as听police chief Romulo E.听Sapitula听who said that a school employee received five text messages stating that there was a bomb planted in the campus.

Police have responded to the scene and are currently searching the area for听鈥巃ny explosives.
