MANILA, Philippines–The Philippine Coast Guard said that as of 8 a.m. Sunday, a total of 2,508 sea travelers have been stranded due to Typhoon Ruby (Hagupit).
Eighty-nine sea vessels and three motor boats were barred from leaving ports, it said.
