MANILA, Philippines – Bring lots of water, be ready for the crowds and know where the first-aid booths are.

The Philippine National Police has issued health tips to Filipinos who want to take part in the public events during Pope Francis’ visit to the country this week.

In its “Papal Visit Health Tips,” the PNP, one of the many government agencies planning security arrangements for the four-day papal visit, gave out health reminders for those who will brave the crowds to catch a glimpse of the Pope.
