MANILA, Philippines鈥擜 graduate of the Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila topped the November 2014 Nursing Licensure Exam.

Elijah Catacutan Legaspi, who graduated in 2014, registered a rating of 86.8% to lead the more than 15,000 successful takers.

Legaspi took to his social media accounts to express his joy over the good news.
