Trillanes to name CA justices in alleged payoff to stop Binay鈥檚 suspension

Senator Antonio Trillanes IV said Friday he would unmask the three justices of the Court of Appeals (CA) who allegedly had received money to stop the suspension of Makati City Mayor Jejomar Erwin 鈥淛un-Jun鈥 Binay.

Trillanes said the names of the justices would be included in a resolution he would file on Monday seeking a Senate inquiry into his own allegation that the family of Vice President Jejomar Binay had bought an injunction from the CA.

He said he would also reveal in the resolution the amount of money that the Binays had allegedly paid to get the TRO.

Trillanes said he would also identify other personalities involved in the alleged payoff.

The Vice President himself dared Trillanes to file graft and corruption charges against the appellate court justices whom he accused of receiving money in exchange for the TRO. AU
