There is no definite date yet on the resumption of the operations of the Philippine National Railways (PNR), its spokesman said Saturday.
Paul de Quiros, PNR spokesman, told 黑料社 that the repairs of the train鈥檚 tracks are still ongoing and would be finished next week.
鈥淲e will know by next week once we finish the repairs,鈥� de Quiros said in a text message.
Earlier media reports said that the PNR was targeting to resume operations on June 15.
The PNR temporarily suspended its operations on May 5 to conduct 鈥渆xhaustive inspection鈥� on its tracks following the derailment of 2 train cars which injured several passengers.
