TODAY, July 13, is the 155th birth anniversary of the late chemist and pharmacist Anacleto del Rosario. Born in Sta. Cruz, Manila, in 1860, he is considered the 鈥淔ather of Laboratory Science in the Philippines.鈥� He obtained his pharmacy degree from the University of Santo Tomas in 1882.
