The United Nationalist Alliance (UNA) has confirmed the reported senatorial ticket of Vice President Jejomar Binay.
In a statement on Monday, UNA president Toby Tiangco said Binay鈥檚 candidates for senator are united in their support of the vice president鈥檚 program of governance should he win as president in 2016.
Tiangco said Binay鈥檚 senator candidates under UNA are boxing champion and Sarangani Rep. Manny Pacquiao, sacked Special Action Force Director Getulio Nape帽as, Para帽aque councilor and actress Alma Moreno, Sulu Sultanate Princess Jacel Kiram, veteran broadcaster Rey Langit, and labor lawyer Allan Monta帽o.
Guest candidates under UNA are OFW rights advocate Susan 鈥淭oots鈥 Ople (youngest daughter of the late senator and Foreign Affairs secretary Blas Ople), reelectionist Senator Vicente 鈥淭ito鈥 Sotto III, former senators Panfilo 鈥淧ing鈥 Lacson, Richard 鈥淒ick鈥 Gordon and Juan Miguel 鈥淢igz鈥 Zubiri, and Leyte Rep.
