Only two of six vice presidential aspirants showed up at a vice presidential forum at the University of the Philippines in Quezon City on Monday.
The two who attended the forum dubbed as 鈥淎ng Pagsusuri鈥 were Senator Francis Escudero, running mate of Senator Grace Poe, and Camarines Sur Representative Leni Robredo, vice presidential bet of former Interior Secretary Mar Roxas.
Notably absent were the four other presidential candidates 鈥 Senators Ferdinand 鈥淏ongbong鈥 Marcos Jr., Alan Peter Cayetano, Antonio Trillanes IV, and Gringo Honasan.
Marcos is running with Senator Miriam Defensor-Santiago, while Cayetano and Honasan are running with Davao City Mayor Rodrigo Duterte and Vice President Jejomar Binay, respectively.
Trillanes, on the other hand, is running independently as vice president, but he is backing the presidential bid of Poe.
