ERSTWHILE presidential candidate Rizalito David on Tuesday appealed to the Commission on Elections (Comelec) to reconsider its decision allowing Davao City Mayor Rodrigo Duterte to run for President.

David himself had hoped to run for President until the Comelec declared him a nuisance candidate.

In an 11-page motion for reconsideration, David urged the Comelec to declare null and void Duterte鈥檚 substitution of Martin Di帽o, the original Partido Demokratiko Pilipino鈥揕akas ng Bayan (PDP-Laban) presidential candidate.
