Calida identified the top tier drug lords named by Duterte as Wu Tuan alias Peter Co, Peter Lim alias Jaguar and Herbert Colangco alias Ampang.

Co and Colangco are high profile inmates inside the New Bilibid Prison in Muntinlupa City while Lim was reportedly outside the country.

Co is the leader of the Bilibid 19, a group of drug convicts living a luxurious lifestyle inside the national penitentiary.

Citing intelligence information, Calida said Co handles the illegal drug trade in Luzon and National Capital Region (NCR).

鈥淎ccording to information, Peter Lim is outside the country and the President has warned him that if he steps in NAIA, he will be killed,鈥 Calida said.

Duterte warned Co and Colangco not to escape from prison because they would surely die.

鈥淒o not escape from prison, you will die,鈥 he said.

He also warned Lim who, he said goes in and out of the Philippines, that he would die once he returns to the country.

鈥淪omebody should tell him that he is wanted. The moment he lands at Naia, he will die,鈥 he said.

The President said he was determined to end illegal drugs in the country.

鈥淚n due time, in the fullness of God鈥檚 time, we will solve the drug problems in the Philippines,鈥 he said.
