According to an advisory issued by the state weather bureau as of 9:12 a.m, a thunderstorm is affecting portions of听Metro Manila and the provinces of Cavite, Tarlac, and Pampanga.
The thunderstorm may persist within two to three hours.
Residents of Rizal and Bulacan should brace themselves for a thunderstorm within the next three hours
Meanwhile, light to moderate with occasional heavy rains are affecting Laguna, Batangas and Quezon.
