I would be delighted along with the entire Filipino nation if you could capture the drug lord Kerwin Espinosa. This is my challenge to the cops of the Police Regional Office 8),” Dela Rosa told Eastern Visayas cops in a speech in Palo, Leyte on Tuesday.

No matter how many times he undergoes facial surgery, I know that your relentless pursuit would help you locate him ),” he added.
