BAYOMBONG, Nueva Vizcaya鈥擳he head of an unidentified man was found tucked inside a shopping bag in an upland village in Kayapa town on Tuesday morning.
Residents discovered the head on the roadside of Castillo village around 6 a.m., according to Chief Insp. Orlando Tacio, Kayapa police chief.
The bag also contained a piece of cardboard with the inscription, 鈥淧usher ako, susunod na kayo (I am a drug pusher; you鈥檙e next).鈥�

Police said the victim may have been killed elsewhere. The mountain road is the shortest access route from this province to Benguet and Baguio City.
Investigators have yet to find the victim鈥檚 body. RAM/rga
