No bar exams leakage

The chair of the 2016 bar examinations yesterday denied claims that the questions for the commercial law and criminal law subjects have been leaked.

In a statement, Supreme Court Associate Justice Presbitero Velasco Jr. also belied allegations that the high court en banc had decided to postpone the bar exams due to the supposed leakage.

“There is no iota of truth to these statements,” he said.
