Stop the talk. Impeach me.

President Rodrigo Duterte remained unfazed despite possible moves to impeach him after his declaration that he wouldn’t allow policemen involved in the killing of former Albuera town mayor Rolando Espinosa Sr. to be jailed.

“They can go ahead. Bakit pa mas maraming daldal? Sige na, impeach na… Hayaan mo sila (Why is there so much chatter? Go, impeach me… let them do that). Sige impeachable, go ahead,” Duterte said on Thursday in an ambush interview during the ground breaking ceremony of the Bicol International Airport in Legazpi City, Albay.
