The University of the Philippines Open University (UPOU) is offering a free massive open online course (MOOC) on social entrepreneurship.
The four-week course will begin on聽June 24聽and will end on聽July 22.
鈥淭he course will introduce the learners to the basic concepts of social entrepreneurship and to the different ways it is practiced in different countries with focus on the models in Taiwan and the Philippines,鈥� the university said in an announcement.
Participants are expected to draw a concept plan for a possible social entrepreneurship initiative after the course.
