The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) lifted the number coding scheme from Tuesday to Wednesday, Oct. 31 and Nov. 1, in Metro Manila, including Makati and Las Pi帽as City.

The MMDA also announced over the weekend the closure of the following roads in Manila on Oct. 27 to Nov. 3:
鈥� Aurora Boulevard from Dimasalang to Rizal Avenue
鈥� Dimasalang from Makiling to Blumentritt
鈥� P. Guevarra from Cavite to Pampanga
On Nov. 1 midnight until 3 a.m. of Nov. 2, the following thoroughfares will also be closed:
鈥� Blumentritt from A. Bonifacio to P. Guevarra
鈥� Retiro from Dimasalang to Blumentritt Exit
鈥� Leonor Rivera from Cavite to Aurora
