“Yung 67 police officers na sisibakin, he (Casurao) told me na within the month mare-resolve nila lahat ‘yun,” he told reporters.

“It will be submitted to Malacañang for the approval of the President before the end of the month kasi ino-observe namin properly ‘yung due process,” he added.

Earlier, the PNP chief revealed that erring policemen to be sacked include ranking police officials, highest of which was a senior superintendent.

Dela Rosa also expressed confidence that Duterte would support his campaign for internal cleansing and approve the dismissal of the unscrupulous policemen once the Napolcom’s resolution is finished.

The police officers included in Dela Rosa’s list committed various offenses from awol (absence without leave), grave misconduct, neglect of duty to illegal drugs, the PNP chief said.                   /kga
