At least 800 passengers were unloaded from a northbound train of the Metro Rail Transit (MRT-3) on Tuesday morning as it suffered a second glitch for the day.
An advisory from the MRT-3 said that 820 passengers were unloaded at Shaw Boulevard Station at 10:02 a.m.
The MRT-3 said the train suffered a signaling error due to a 鈥渄efective or worn-out automatic train protection聽(ATP) that is part of a train signaling sub-components.
The passengers, it said, were loaded in the next train, which arrived four minutes later.
