‘Druglord’ found dead with gunshots in Laguna

SAN PEDRO CITY-A still unidentified man was found dead with bullet wounds inside a private lot in Biñan City in Laguna province on Tuesday.

The victim’s body was covered with a piece of cardboard. Written on it was: “huwag tularan, druglord ako! (Do not emulate. I’m a drug lord)”

Supt. Reydante Ariza, Biñan police chief, said the body was discovered around 6 a.m. in a vacant portion of a high-end residential and business district in Barangay (village) Zapote.

The police could not immediately say if the killing was related to the illegal drug trade as investigation continues to identify the person.
