Justice Secretary Vitaliano Aguirre II is poised to file a complaint of libel against Senator Risa Hontiveros for calling him a 鈥渕anufacturer of fake news鈥� and 鈥渃ook of fake cases.鈥�

Hontiveros reiterated her call for Aguirre鈥檚 resignation following the dismissal of the drug case against businessman Peter Lim.
The senator first called on the Justice secretary鈥檚 resignation last year after exposing an alleged plot to file cases against her.
