President Rodrigo Duterte ordered the arrest of the operator of the Dimple Star Bus Transport in Occidental Mindoro during his visit to聽the victims of the accident聽 that involved one of the units of the transport firm.
Duterte also visited the crash site in Sablayan town.
Special Assistant to the President Christopher 鈥淏ong鈥� Go announced Duterte鈥檚 decision, adding that the President has also ordered a crackdown on all colorum vehicles.

The Dimple Star bus was headed for Manila when it clipped the side of the bridge and crashed into a 15-meter-deep ravine in Sablayan town.
The accident claimed the lives of 19 people and injured 21 others. /jpv
