MPD to probe alleged drinking sessions in police station

The Manila Police District (MPD) on Sunday said it would conduct an investigation regarding the alleged drinking sessions happening in Police Station 11.

Supt. Erwin Margarejo, MPD spokesperson, said that charges will be filed against police personnel found guilty.

“We will conduct investigation on this matter [and] file necessary charges to all MPD personnel involved,” Margarejo said in a text message sent to .

Margarejo then encouraged anyone with knowledge about the alleged drinking session to come forward to MPD.
