MANILA, Philippines \u2013 An election campaign giveaway supposedly from a city councilor\u00a0caught the attention of Commission on Elections (Comelec) Commissioner Rowena Guanzon on Thursday.<\/p>\n\n

\u201cWe should have a rule on what materials are prohibited. Those that are obscene or show women as sex objects,\u201d Guanzon said in a Twitter reply to a tweet by the National Citizens\u2019 Movement for Free Elections (Namfrel) regarding the unusual campaign freebie.<\/p>\n\n
